A daily editorial read on the SEC filings moving AI, chips, crypto, media & robotics.
The Market Context is a daily editorial publication delivering data-driven analysis derived from official filings. We read the primary-source documents companies submit to the SEC, the 13Ds, 8-Ks, Form 4s, and S-1s, and translate dense disclosure into clear context for the markets you follow.
Most market-moving news has already passed through a filing before it reaches your feed. The document is public; it is just rarely readable. We start at the source and follow three kinds of signal: corporate earnings and deals, institutional positioning, and the macroeconomic backdrop the rest sits on.
Coverage spans equities and digital assets, concentrated in emerging technology infrastructure: AI infrastructure, semiconductors, crypto and digital assets, media and platforms, and robotics and automation. Primary sources only. One considered read a day, not a firehose. We explain what a filing means, not what to buy. This is not investment advice.
